When users actively enable and consent to use AI-powered image enhancement or visual effects features, the app may temporarily process the following data:
Facial Feature Information: Key points, facial structure, and tone characteristics. The app does not extract, store, or generate any biometric identifiers or identity-related features.
User-Uploaded Images: Processed locally or via secure real-time rendering solely for providing visual effects. These images are not stored on servers.
All facial data is processed in real time and is not uploaded or stored after processing is complete.
2. Purpose of Use
Facial data is used exclusively for the following purposes:
To enable AI visual effects, such as detail enhancement and lighting optimization;
To ensure the algorithm performs accurately during real-time processing.
Facial data is not used for advertising, user profiling, data analytics, or any secondary purpose. All data is permanently deleted immediately after processing.
3. Data Storage and Deletion
Facial data is processed locally or in encrypted memory only;
No facial data is stored, neither locally nor on any external servers;
Once processing is complete, all facial data is permanently deleted.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not share, transfer, or disclose any facial data to third parties under any circumstances.
If any third-party services are used for real-time processing, those services are contractually required to process data only in memory and delete it immediately after use.
5. User Control and Consent
Users maintain full control over facial data processing:
Users must actively consent before facial data is processed;
Users can revoke access at any time by disabling related features in the app;
Users may request further information regarding the processing of facial data, although the data is not retained.
This policy ensures that all facial data processing aligns with the highest standards of privacy and complies with applicable laws and platform guidelines.
To improve your experience while using our service, we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information. This information will be stored on your device and not collected by us in any way.
Please be aware that if you encounter an error while using our service, we collect data and information (via third-party products) on your phone called Log Data.
